Script sections Jump anywhere, mid-take.
Mark headings as sections and jump to any part of your script instantly. The panel floats over the prompter and never interrupts recording.
Free plan available · No download required · No credit card
Mark any heading as a section in ScrollCue and jump to it instantly during recording. The floating panel never interrupts your delivery.
How sections work
Type a heading in your script using a hash prefix — the same Markdown syntax used for headings. ScrollCue detects these automatically and adds them to the sections panel. During a take, open the panel and tap any section to jump to it instantly without stopping playback.
The sections panel floats over the prompter display and does not affect recording. It is also accessible from the QR remote so a producer or operator can handle navigation while you focus on delivery.
When sections are useful
Long YouTube videos
Mark each chapter with a section heading. If you nail one chapter but flub another, jump back to the flubbed section and retake it without re-recording the whole video.
Live Zoom presentations
Structure your agenda as sections. If a participant asks a question that takes you off-script, jump to the relevant section when you return rather than manually scrolling.
Multi-topic course content
Record each lesson section individually without cutting the recording between them. Jump section to section and download individual takes.
Interview-style content
Mark topic transitions as sections. If the conversation goes off-order, the operator on the QR remote can navigate to the right section in real time.

Yes. The sections panel is available on the remote interface. Tap any section to jump to it on the main display.
Are sections free?
Yes. Script sections are a free feature with no account or subscription required.
