What live cues do
Live cues are short text overlays sent from the QR remote to the main prompter display in real time. They appear over the scrolling script for a few seconds, then disappear. The presenter sees the cue; the camera captures nothing.
Cues are designed for situations where a producer, director, or co-host needs to signal the presenter without interrupting the take — a broadcast convention now accessible in a browser.

No. Live cue overlays appear on the prompter display only and are never captured by the camera.

Yes. Live cues are sent from the remote device to the main display. They require the QR remote to be connected.
