Writing podcast outlines for a teleprompter
- Use # headings for each episode segment — they become section jump points
- Write full sentences only for the intro and outro — the rest can be bullet points
- Add guest quotes or key stats as presenter notes rather than scripted lines
- Mark transitions between topics with a blank line and a [pause] note
- For interview shows, write 2–3 follow-up questions as presenter notes under each main question
